  • Personality: Angry, Flippant, Impatient, Has little understanding of humans and human fragility, therefore somewhat reckless when inhabiting Cerwin's body
  • Appearance: Varies. Sometimes a black deer with multiple eyes, both on the body and floating around it near the head, ankles and neck. Sometimes a deer centaur, with black fur, hair and skin, and ever so slightly spotted, like a panther. The floating eyes are optional in either form.

  Cerwins childhood was spent on the family estate, on the edges of Grizedale Forest.
  
  Quick summary:
  Cerwin comes from an old family, but that's mostly irrelevant. In his childhood, he spent a lot of time in the forest, exploring it and discovering it's creatures: fey, faeries, brownies, water nymphs and others. But the forest held other creatures, ones that the world had forgotten. Mistakes were made, accidents happened, and he ended up being posessed by the forest god, Cernunnos, an eldritch being with a lot of anger, and little patience. For a while he hid it well enough, but eventually he grew tired of it and left home, easier to hide where nobody knows him. Cerwin then proceeded to fill out his notes on magical creatures all around the world, befriending some, running from others.
  
  Symbiosis:
  Cernunnos would hurt him for going against his wishes, causing weakness and collapsing, but also protect him whenever he was in danger, granting strength. He can posess Cerwin fully, but prefers not to, for mostly unknown reasons, unless pushed.

• Manifestation & Posession

  Manifestation
  While not actually posessing Cerwin, Cernunnos can still interact with the world, usually through a variation of visual and auditory hallucinations. Mostly, they appears as floating white eyes, or a smoke-like version of the deer-form, up to a full-blown deer. In this form, they can pick and choose who sees and who doesn't.
  
  Posession
  Posession is visible to everyone, but it has various stages. Passively, Cerwin has a sense of magic and the supernatural, as well has slightly heightened senses, which changes none of his appearance.
  1. The simplest form that is visible is merely a discoloration of Cerwins pupils turn a pale, glowing yellow. At this stage, Cerwin can use minor magics, his strength is enhanced, as well as his senses.
  2. Black starts to streak Cerwin's skin, following his veins. He can use stronger magics.
  Shadowy antlers appear around his head.
  3. His skin turns black and furry, his ears elongate to resemble a deer's. The antlers manifest more physically. Cernunnos and Cerwin are both alternately in control, although Cern usually prevails at this point.
  4. Cerwin transforms into a full deer-centaur, much like Cernunnos form, except with his features. Cernunnos is in full control, with Cerwin taking a back-seat, much like Cern usually does in his own mind.
